Currently, we only accept cards that have 3D-Secure enabled and are authenticated through 3D Secure. This is to prevent fraudulent transactions from taking place.
We do not accept credit card payments which are not 3D-Secure enabled at this point in time.
As a risk-control measure. Travel Singapore currently does not accept more than $750 from any single card within 72 hours. We apologise for the inconvenience caused but we believe that this serves to protect our customers as well as ourselves.
This is a fraud control measure. Some fraudster are aware that small amounts are not flagged by the bank, therefore they make multiple small amount transactions. We are also cognizant of the fact that some customers would want to make a smaller purchase first if it is their first purchase with us, therefore we allow up to 2 transactions per day, and not more than $750 worth of transactions within 72 hours.
We think that this is a good balance to manage risk with fraudulent payments. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We currently do not accept any other modes of payment except for credit card. We might make more options available in the future.
Order Process & Delivery
Travel Singapore strives to deliver all tickets within 3 Hours of placing an order if the order is made between 9 AM to 6 PM (Singapore Time GMT +0800 Hours) on Mondays to Sundays. If the order was made outside of these hours, you would receive the tickets on the following day by noon.
All tickets are sent electronically to your email address stated when you checkout. Please check your email and your spam folders for the tickets. It is important that you enter the correct email address.
Similar to physical parcels that are delivered to the wrong address, there is nothing we can do on our end.
If you discover the wrong email address is being entered immediately after the purchase, you may contact our support staff to correct the email address.
If the mistake is discovered after we have sent out the tickets, we will check if we received a bounce mail notification. If we do, we might be able to re-issue the ticket on a case-by-case basis. However, if we do not receive any such notification, we apologise that we will not be able to reissue the tickets nor offer a refund. Therefore please ensure that the correct email address is entered during checkout.
Please check your spam folder to see if the tickets have mistakenly been classified as spam. Additionally, do ensure that emails sent from @www.travelsingapore.sg are whitelisted.
If you are not able to locate the email, use the contact us form and contact support for assistance. Please state the email address in the contact form. We will re-send the tickets to the same email as per the order form.
Note that we will not be able to send tickets to a different email address from the one stated in the order form.
We recommend that you only purchase from Travel Singapore if you can wait for at least 3 hours if you are making the purchase during the operating hours. See “How long would it take for me to receive my tickets?”
We are not able to offer any refunds even if you have not used the tickets as we are not able to invalidate the tickets on our end. Therefore please consider carefully before purchase.
Some of our tickets are open-dated. However, we strongly recommend you to purchase the tickets only if you have confirmed the date of the visit. We will need you to specify the date of your intended visit when you are making the purchase.
2. Why do I need to specify the date of visit when making the purchase if the ticket is open dated?
This is to ensure that the tickets that are issued to you are usable on the intended date of your visit. While the tickets might be open dated, there might be some block-out dates. We want you to be sure that the tickets you have purchased are valid on your intended day of the visit. This will help both Travel Singapore and you in the event of a dispute.
3. What happens if the attraction refused entry on one/some/all of the tickets purchased on your website?
First of all, do not panic. We have encountered instances where some of the tickets are being denied entries at the attraction. However, this is always due to misunderstanding. Our tickets are sent as PDF attachments to the email address stated in the check-out page. For example, if you have purchased 5 tickets, you would have received 5 PDF in that email.
If you have physically printed out the tickets, check that you have not printed 2 copies of the same ticket. You can do this by matching the barcodes between the tickets, there should be no identical barcodes.
If you are showing the tickets digitally over your mobile phone, please ensure that you open each PDF individually. It is common for customers to open the same PDF file twice when they purchase multiple tickets.
We will not be able to change the dates nor offer refunds once the tickets have been issued.
Travel Singapore guarantees that the tickets purchased from Travel Singapore will be usable on the intended date of the visit that you have indicated when the purchase was made.
However, there might be some good news. Some of our tickets are open dated. If you have purchased an open dated ticket, the validity of the ticket would be stated on the ticket. Do note the fine prints as some attractions have blocked-out dates within the validity period. If your intended date of visit is within the date stated on the ticket, you would be able to visit the attraction. Also note that if you have purchased multiple tickets, do check all tickets are valid on the date of the intended visit.
If you are unsure, you may contact us via the contact us form.
You do not need to print the e-tickets, however, if you do, please ensure that you print all the tickets correctly. Every ticket has a unique barcode, it is common for customers to accidentally print 2 copies of the same ticket. Do check that all the barcodes are unique and the number of barcode matches the number of tickets purchased.
We buy our tickets in bulk at a cheaper rate.
We guarantee that our tickets are legitimate. Tickets that are sold cheaply can fall into a few categories
- The seller got the tickets for free and is reselling at a discount.
- The seller obtained the tickets fraudulently using a stolen credit card and is re-selling the tickets. In this case, you might find yourself denied entry when you reached the attraction.
We pride ourselves as offering attraction tickets at a competitive price. However, if you manage to find a reputable selling offering a lower price than our website, we recommend that you buy from them instead.
Another reason to buy from us is that we offer open dated tickets for some of the attractions. This should give some respite to the buyer in case of a last minute change in plans. However, do read the terms & conditions of the ticket closely.
We are not able to do a price-match against other sellers at this point. Travel Singapore reviews the prices on our tickets frequently. We operate with a tight margin. Some websites might sell tickets at a loss to clear their inventory or as part of an overall marketing strategy. We will not be able to compete on that basis.
However, we would appreciate if you can take the time to inform us through the contact us form if you do discover such price discrepancies. This will help us in our periodic price reviews.
